The Acoustic Safety Programme's objectives are to provide employers and employees in the call centre environment with access to the latest research, guidance, training, solutions and support to enable the prevention of acoustic shock and noise related injuries and properly diagnose and treat the symptoms caused by these health hazards.

The majority of the Acoustic Safety website is dedicated to relaying that information and providing employers with opportunities to review their safety procedures and resources.

This part of the website is dedicated to "Employee Support & Advice Line" and as such offers two essential areas of support that are within an employee's grasp, namely: Legal and Medical Advice.

To that end we are proud to have this support service provided by Simpson Millar Solicitors and ProCertus Occupational Health & Safety Services, both leading specialists in acoustic injury and how that applies to the medical and legal needs of the employee.

We invite any employee (working in any noise related environment) who wishes to discuss a specific personal medical or legal matter relating to noise at work to contact either of the companies below:
